Insurance - We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Humana PPO, Aetna, Tricare and others. Copays are collected at the time of visit.

Vouchers - We accept vouchers from county agencies, TRC and State Commission for the Blind.

Other - We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, checks, money orders and cash.
